How to grant access for a service account?

  1. Create new role for Yieldbird

    1. Go to Google Ad Manager > Access & authorization > Roles > New role

    2. Name: Yieldbird (you can name it differently, we just recommend this name for simplicity):

    3. Access level:

      1. All default permissions for Trafficker role Start with ‘Copy permissions from role: Trafficker’:

      2. Add additional permissions within ‘Trafficking and delivery’:

        1. Edit ad units, placements and key-values
      3. Add additional permissions within ‘Manage people’:

        1. View pricing rules
        2. Modify pricing rules

  2. Add service account user

    1. Go to Google Ad Manager > Global settings > Network settings > Add a service account user

    2. Email: [email protected]

    3. Role: Yieldbird

    4. If you use TEAMS feature (available in GAM360 only), please enable [email protected] to access “All entities”
