First, you set the refreshing criteria for the Refresher tool, such as:
Refresher acts based on these criteria.
Refresher’s script monitors the ad units regarding total ad showing time, viewability level, and what is currently being displayed.
When a particular ad unit meets the criteria for refreshing it, a new programmatic auction is launched.
The demand used could be Prebid (if you use Prebid Stack product), your SSPs, or Ad Exchange.

Note: Refresher does not refresh Unfilled Impressions. If an Unfilled Impression is detected, Refresher is automatically disabled.
