1. Go to:

  2. In order to create a new article click on the <New> button on the right hand side of the Master articles database. Notion will automatically use the template, please stick to it.

Good practice: to make sure that the article you are writing is maintaining the same tone / layout as other articles, you can start by checking e.g. Prebid Timeouts article as a “pattern’.

  5. Check the grammar and contents using Chat GPT (use GPT app: UI text brainstorming and improving)

  6. Assign a Reviewer, you can also let this person know that they need to review the article directly, to speed up the process

  7. Make sure that the article appears in the right place in Yieldbird Knowledge Base, mark that sometimes you may need to create a manual link

  8. Publish the article on Super (‣)

Super automatically discovers new Notion pages, but assigns them a UUID-based URL (e.g. /c14368928a6e47f0905da4ca5b685da0) that is not readable or indexable. After publishing, you must complete the steps below manually.

    1. Open the Super dashboard and go to Pages.
    2. Find the new article in the page list. If it is not visible, click the Refresh button at the top of the list.
    3. Drag the page to the correct position in the page tree — under the right category (e.g. Yieldbird Platform > Price Genius). The URL and breadcrumb update automatically based on where the page sits in the tree.
    4. Click the three-dot menu next to the page and select Edit page to set a pretty URL slug (e.g. /yieldbird-platform/price-genius/get-started). Keep it lowercase, hyphenated, and consistent with other articles in the same category.

Attention: If you later rename the article in Notion, the URL in Super will not update automatically. You must update it manually via Edit page in Super. Failing to do so will result in a broken URL.

Good practice: Before setting the slug, check the URLs of neighbouring articles in Super to make sure the naming pattern is consistent.

  9. When the article is published, add “Knowledge base link” to Notion page meta description.
